BiLAKAH LELAKI MENJADI DAYUS?

Ertinya : “Barangsiapa yang mati dibunuh kerana mempertahankan ahli keluarganya, maka ia adalah mati syahid” ( Riwayat Ahmad , Sohih menurut Syeikh Syuaib Arnout)

EXTREME MACHINES MILLION DOLLAR MOTORS ~ PART4

The Cadillac Sixteen was a prototype of a stylish and high performance automobile first presented by Cadillac in 2003. The vehicle was equipped with a 32-valve V16 concept engine displacing 13.6 liters (~830 cu. in) and was mated to a four-speed, electronically controlled, automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. The engine featured fuel-saving Active Fuel Management technology, much improved from its notorious ancestor, debuting in 2004 on some 2005 GM models. On the Sixteen, it would seamlessly shut down twelve cylinders in light driving, eight during strenuous driving, and only awaken the entire engine under full acceleration. With this type of system, the engine was capable of 20 mpg Imperial under normal conditions. The engine was said to produce 1,000 horsepower (750 kW) using no form of forced induction. The car itself weighs about 2,270 kilograms (5,000 lb). The car was conceptually related to the Cadillac V-16 of the 1930s. The actual design of the car was a combination of Cadillac's current "Art and Science" design theme and 1967 Cadillac Eldorado cues. Additional original design elements were provided by an in-house design competition led by GM Vice President Robert Lutz. The Sixteen has the Cadillac logo carved out of solid crystal on the steering wheel and a Bulgari clock on the dashboard. Although the Sixteen fell short (narrowly, by some accounts) f production approval, its legacy is alive in Cadillac's future product planning. The subsequent generation of Cadillac products, particularly the revised CTS, have incorporated elements of the Sixteen's design. A scaled-down version of the car, referred to as the ULS (Ultra Luxury Sedan) or XLS, with a standard V8 and an optional V12, has been rumored for production since 2005, but was shelved in favor of the Cadillac XTS.

The wheels features disc brakes with 16-inch rotors and six piston calipers on the front and back wheels that ensure safety handling at higher speeds. The exteriors feature the stylish body structure, mirrors, LED head and tail lamps. The interiors feature the Tuscany leather seats, Bose sound system, silk carpets, sporty steering wheel, instrument panels, navigation system, vehicle safety system and DVD information system.
Untold zillions of molecules of iron, aluminum, and plastic composites awoke at the flick of a human wrist on an ignition key. They were compressed or stretched by the forces of combustion, they transferred heat from cylinder walls to coolant, they transformed vibrations into noise, and they were lubricated against the forces of friction. But before these molecules were crafted into modern engines, virtual facsimiles of them were subjected to vivid, lifelike simulations of these actions, the whole shebang conjured by an artificial intelligence as sophisticated as anything conceived of in The Matrix.
A year ago, the luckiest of these virtual alloy molecules were grooving and grinding to the synthesized machinations of the first V-16 engine of the millennium. The mission to build an actual running engine for the Detroit-show-stealing Cadillac Sixteen concept was launched in mid-March 2002. At that point, Cadillac could have simply FedEx's a couple of V-8 crate motors to a prototyping shop and subjected them to a welding-torch wedding. That process could have produced a V-16 that would start, idle, and move the concept car onto and off its auto-show runway.
Instead, GM decided to flex its advanced engine-engineering muscle and highlight technology that would soon be appearing on the Gen IV Corvette V-8 by designing and building a real V-16 from scratch-one that could operate under load at redline on a dynamometer. No weld-'em-up motor could ever withstand that.

The engine's refinement and output were supposed to get folks thinking again of Cadillac as the Standard of the World. It's hard to beat a smooth-firing sixteen for refinement, and it's tough to top 1000 horsepower and 1000 pound-feet of torque. But the engine also had to achieve the fuel economy of a competitive V-12 while running on regular-grade fuel.
This daunting mission fell to Larry Cooper and about 10 people from the Power train High Performance Vehicle Group. They started with the basic architecture of the next-generation Corvette's V-8, including its variable cam timing-a first among pushrod engines-and a Displacement on Demand system that shuts down cylinders to save fuel under low-load conditions.
Calculations of the cylinder pressures required to hit the output targets suggested the need for a big bump in per-cylinder displacement, so the bore and stroke were both increased by 6mm relative to the current 5.7-liter V-8. Small-block cylinder walls don't have 6mm to spare, so adjacent cylinders ended up touching each other, and coolant could no longer flow in between the cylinders. This complicates the cooling system, sometimes causes the cylinders to go out of round as the engine heats up and cools down, and presents dozens of other problems that don't spring instantly to the human mind at the outset of such a project.
This is where the team engaged the General's considerable computer-engineering might by sending the basic engine design off to be thoroughly modeled, developed, and tested in the digital realm. In this cyber world, the V-16 would be cold-started, over revved, bogged down, blown up, and otherwise abused to the point of repeated destruction-all without ever staining a floor.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom is a saloon automobile made in England by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, a BMW subsidiary. It was launched in 2003 and is the first model introduced during the BMW era. The Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé, and the Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupé, are both based on the 2003 Phantom. It also won the Top Gear Car of the Year Award for 2003.
The Phantom uses a unique chassis platform, body, interior, and retains traditional Rolls-Royce design cues. The body is mostly aluminum. Final assembly, including all body, paint, wood, and leather work, is completed to each customer's individual specification at the Rolls-Royce plant in Goodwood, West Sussex. The plant is close to the historic Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit. The plant contains the paint shop, body shop, leather shop, woodworking shop, assembly line, and executive offices under one roof. There are only three robots in the factory. The robots paint the body, the paint is polished by hand after the robots spray each coat. The coach lines, which are exactly 3 mm (0.1 in) wide, are done, as well as all other work, by hand, in keeping with the Rolls-Royce tradition. It has a 6.75 litre, 48-valve, V12 engine that produces 453 bhp (338 kW; 459 PS) and 720 N·m (530 lb·ft) of torque. The engine is derived from BMW's N73 V12 power plant and is assembled by BMW. It uses direct fuel injection, and is a drive by wire design, using valvetronic technology. The power output is regulated by infinitely varying valve lift by moving the rockers and rocker fulcrums via electric servos, rather than using the throttle body. The throttle body is maintained for fail-safe operation.
The aluminum extrusions that are used to construct the aluminum space frame are produced in Norway using hydroelectric power, shaped and machined in Denmark and finally hand-welded in Germany. Car has a power reserve dial indicating how much of the engine's power is left available to the driver. The instrument cluster is not shared with any other vehicle. Doors are remote operated. The rear doors are rear-hinged, a style commonly referred to as suicide doors, but called 'coach doors' by Rolls-Royce. Because of the rear-seating position in relation to the rear inner-door handles, buttons are mounted on both C-pillars which operate hydraulic motors in order to close the rear doors. An electronic lock prevents the doors from being accidentally opened when moving. The car will automatically brake to a walking speed if a coach door remains open when driving off. The rear doors also house umbrellas that are stored within the doors, and can only be accessed when the front or rear doors are open. The fabric of the umbrella is coated with Teflon to assist in shedding water when the wet umbrella is stored within the door. The traditional Spirit of Ecstasy ornament has an automatic electronic retraction mechanism to prevent theft and protect pedestrians in the event of an accident. It may also be retracted by the driver at the touch of a button, and retracted when the alarm is armed. The base contains a sensor which detects movement, and will retract if tampered with.

EXTREME MACHINES MILLION DOLLAR MOTORS ~ PART3

The Ford GT is a mid-engine two-seater sports car. Ford Motor Company produced the Ford GT for the 2005 to 2006 model years. The designers drew inspiration from Ford's GT40 race cars of the 1960s.The Ford GT began as a concept car designed in anticipation of the automaker's centennial year and as part of its drive to showcase and revive its "heritage" names such as Mustang and Thunderbird. At the 1995Detroit Auto Show, the Ford GT90 concept was shown. At the 2002 auto show, Ford unveiled a new GT40 Concept car. Camilo Pardo, the head of Ford's "Living Legends" studio, is credited as the chief designer of the GT and worked under the guidance of J Mays. It should be noted that Carroll Shelby was brought in by Ford to help develop the Ford GT; which included performance testing of the prototype car. The GT is similar in outward appearance to the original Ford GT40 cars, but bigger, wider, and 3 in (76 mm) taller than the original 40 in (100 cm); as a result, a potential name for the car was the GT43. Although the cars are visually related, structurally, there is no similarity between the modern GT and the 1960s GT40 that inspired it. Three production prototype cars were shown in 2003 as part of Ford's centenary, and delivery of the production Ford GT began in the fall of 2004.
The Ford GT features many new and unique technologies, including super plastic-formed frame, aluminum body panels, roll-bonded floor panels, a friction stir welded center tunnel, a "ship-in-a-bottle" gas tank, a capless fuel filler system, one-piece door panels, and an aluminum engine cover with a one-piece carbon-fiber inner panel.
Brakes are four-piston aluminum Brembo calipers with cross-drilled and vented rotors at all four corners. When the rear canopy is opened, the rear suspension components and engine are visible.

The mid-mounted 5.4 L Modular V8 engine is all-aluminum with a Lysholm twin screw-type supercharger. It features a forged rotating assembly housed in an aluminum block designed specifically for the GT program. A dry sump oiling system is employed, allowing the engine to sit low in the car's frame. The DOHC 4-valve heads are a revision of the 2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R cylinder heads (with slightly increased wall casting thickness in the exhaust port). The camshafts have unique specifications, with more lift and duration than those found in the Shelby GT500 or 2003–2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra. Power output is 550 hp (410 kW; 558 PS) at 6500 rpm and generates 500 ft·lbf (678 N·m) of torque at 3750 rpm. A Ricardo six-speed manual transmission is fitted featuring a helical limited-slip differential.
In automotive design, a RMR or Rear Mid-engine, Rear-wheel-drive layout is one in which the rear wheels are driven by an engine placed just in front of them, behind the passenger compartment. In contrast to the rear-engine RR layout, the center of mass of the engine is in front of the rear axle. This layout is typically chosen for its low moment of inertia and relatively favorable weight distribution (the heaviest component is near the center of the car, making the main component of its moment of inertia relatively low). The layout has a tendency toward being heavier in the rear than the front, which allows for best balance to be achieved under braking. However, since there is little weight over the front wheels, under acceleration, the front of the car is prone to lift and cause under steer. Most rear-engine layouts have historically been used in smaller vehicles, because the weight of the engine at the rear has an adverse effect on a larger car's handling, making it 'tail-heavy'. It is felt that the low polar inertia is crucial in selection of this layout. The mid-engine layout also uses up central space, making it impractical for any but two-seater sports cars. However, some micro vans use this layout, with a small, low engine beneath the loading area. This makes it possible to move the driver right to the front of the vehicle, thus increasing the loading area at the expense of slightly reduced load depth.

The Maybach 62 (chassis no. V240) were the first automobile models of the Maybach brand since the brand's revival by DaimlerChrysler AG (now Daimler AG). They are derived from the Benz Maybach concept car presented at the 1997 Tokyo Motor Show. The concept car was based on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan, as are the eventual production models. The Luxury Brand Status Index 2008 voted the Maybach 1st place, ahead of Rolls-Royce and Bentley. The models will cease production in 2013, due to continued financial losses for the marquee, and sales at one fifth the level of the profitable Rolls Royce models. Both Maybach models are variants of the same ultra-luxurious automobile. The model numbers reflect the respective lengths of the automobiles indecimetres; the 57 is more likely to be owner-driven while the longer 62 is designed with a chauffeur in mind.
Standard features of all models include, but are not limited to: a navigation system with voice recognition, air conditioning with 4-zone climate controls, power rear sunshade, rear-seat DVD entertainment system,  interior air filter, front and rear seat massage, 21-speaker premium sound system, power tilt/telescopic heated wood/leather-wrapped steering wheel with radio and climate controls, power trunk open/close, voice-activated AM/FM radio with 10-disc CD changer, keyless start, heated front and rear seats, cooled front seats, power panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, premium leather upholstery, 18-way power front seats, 14-way power rear seats, heated cup holders, rearview camera, iPod adapter, wireless cell phone link, outside-temperature indicator, universal garage door opener, night vision.
Options for the Maybach 57 and 57S and standard for the Maybach 62, 62S, and Landaulet include: 18-way power rear seats (replacing 14-way), 5-zone climate controls (replacing 4-zone), power side sunshades; cooled rear seats, wireless headphones, voice-activated power panoramic sunroof (replacing power panoramic sunroof), steering wheel mounted navigation controls, heated glass windows, and 30-speaker premium sound system (replacing 21-speaker). The engine is a Mercedes-sourced 5.5-litre twin-turbo V12, generating 405 kilowatts (550.6 PS; 543.1 hp).

The Maybach 57 accelerates from 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 km/h) in about 5.1 seconds; the Maybach 62 and 57 S, about 4.8 seconds; the Maybach 62 S, 4.5 seconds, and the Landaulet, 4.5 seconds. Though not extraordinary by today's sports-car standards, such acceleration is impressive for cars weighing well over 6,000 pounds. Maybachs in general are extremely powerful: the 57 has 518 bhp, the 57 S, 559 bhp, the 62, 570 bhp, the 62 S, 612 bhp, and the Landaulet, 633 bhp.
The Maybach 62 includes many luxury features such as fully reclining rear seats, Maybach 4 zone climate control, tinted-windows, infrared-reflecting laminated glass all round, AirMATIC dual control air suspension, display instruments in rear roof liner (showing speed, time and outside temperature), folding rear tables (left and right), BOSE Surround Everywhere sound system and a refrigerator compartment. The Maybach 62 also includes an array of additional features such as Cockpit Management and Navigation System (COMAND), which includes DVD navigation, CD changer in rear seats, DVD players and TV tuners front and rear, two rear LCD TV screens including remote control and two sets of headphones, and automatic closing doors.

EXTREME MACHINES MILLION DOLLAR MOTORS ~ PART2

~Saleen S7~

The Saleen S7 is a limited-production, hand-built, high-performance American supercar developed jointly by Steve Saleen for the initial concept and direction, Hidden Creek Industries for resources and initial funding, Phil Frank for the body and interior CAD design and development, and Ray Mallock Ltd. for the chassis engineering. It was the only car produced by Saleen not based on an existing chassis. The S7 debuted on August 19, 2000 at the Monterey Historic Races. From 2000 until 2004, the S7 featured a Ford 427 big block, naturally aspirated V8 engine with 550 horsepower (410 kW). In 2005, the S7 was replaced by the S7 Twin Turbo, which featured a more powerful twin-turbo system that boosted engine power to 750 horsepower (760 PS/559 kW) and the top speed 248 mph (399 km/h).

The body of the car, made entirely from carbon fiber, incorporates the use of scoops, spoilers, and other aerodynamic features to create split-channel airflow throughout the car, and at 160 miles per hour (257 km/h), the car creates its own weight in down force.
The interior of the Saleen S7 was designed to be both luxurious and functional. Leather appears throughout the cabin, with aluminum accents, and the S7 comes with a set of custom-fit luggage. Because of the car's mid-engine layout, it has two trunks, front and rear. Other features include an LCD monitor, rear-view camera, quick-release steering-wheel and a 240 mile per hour (386 km/h) speedometer. The cabin is of an asymmetrical layout, with the custom-fitted driver's seat positioned toward the center both to improve the driver's visibility and center his weight in the vehicle.

The original naturally aspirated version of the S7 can accelerate from 0–60 miles per hour (97 km/h) in an estimated 3.8 seconds, and to 100 miles per hour in an estimated 8.1 seconds. It can complete a standing quarter mile in an estimated 11.75 seconds, reaching 126 miles per hour (203 km/h). The maximum top speed of the car is 200.1 mph (322.0 km/h).

~Enzo Ferrari~

The Enzo Ferrari is a 12 cylinder mid-engine berlinetta named after the company's founder, Enzo Ferrari. It was built in 2002 using Formula One technology, such as a carbon-fibre body, F1-style electro hydraulic, and Carbon fibre-reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic composite disc brakes. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics and traction control. After a down force of 775 kg is reached at 300 km/h (186 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that down force. The Enzo's V12 engine is the first of a new generation for Ferrari. It is based on the architecture of the V8 found in sister-company Maserati's Quattroporte, using the same basic architecture and 104 mm bore spacing. This design will replace the former architectures seen in V12 and V8 engines used in most other contemporary Ferraris. The Enzo is a mid-engine car with a 43.9/56.1 front/rear weight distribution. The engine is Ferrari's F140 65° V12 with 4 valves per cylinder, dual overhead cams and variable valve timing. Bosch Motronic ME7 fuel injection is used and the engine is naturally aspirated. It displaces 5998 cc and produces 660 PS (485 kW; 651 hp) at 7800 rpm and 657 N·m (485 lb·ft) at 5500 rpm.

The Enzo has a semi-automatic transmission (also known as the F1 gearbox) using paddles to control an automated shifting and clutch mechanism, with LED lights on the steering wheel telling the driver when to change gears. The gearbox has a shift time of just 150 milliseconds. The transmission was a first generation "clutchless" design from the late 1990s, and there have been complaints about its abrupt shifting. The Enzo Ferrari has 4 wheel independent suspension with push-rod actuated shock absorbers which can be adjusted from the cabin, complemented withanti-roll bars at the front and rear. The Enzo uses 19-inch (483 mm) wheels and has 15-inch (381 mm) Brembo disc brakes. The wheels are held by a single lug nut and fitted with Bridgestone Potenza Scuderia RE050A tires.

The Enzo can accelerate to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 3.14 seconds and can reach 100 mph (160 km/h) in 6.6 seconds. The ¼ mile (~400 m) time is 11.0 at 136 mph (219 km/h) and the top speed has been recorded to be as high as 350 kilometers per hour (220 mph). It is rated at 12 miles per US gallon in the city and 18 miles per US gallon on the highway.

EXTREME MACHINES MiLLiON DOLLAR MOTORS ~ PART1

~McLaren Automotive~

The McLaren F1 is a supercar designed and manufactured by McLaren Automotive. Originally a concept conceived by Gordon Murray, he convinced Ron Dennis to back the project and engaged Peter Stevens to design the exterior of the car. On 31 March 1998, it set the record for the fastest road car in the world, topping at 231 mph (372 km/h) with rev limiter on, and 242.95 mph (391 km/h) with rev limiter removed.

The car features numerous proprietary designs and technologies; it is lighter and has a more streamlined structure than even most of its modern rivals and competitors despite having one seat more than most similar sports cars, with the driver's seat located in the middle (and slightly forward of the passengers seating position providing excellent driving visibility). It features a powerful engine and is somewhat track oriented, but not to the degree that it compromises everyday usability and comfort. It was conceived as an exercise in creating what its designers hoped would be considered the ultimate road car. Despite not having been designed as a track machine, a modified race car edition of the vehicle won several races, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995, where it faced purpose-built prototype race cars. Production began in 1992 and ended in 1998. In all, 106 cars were manufactured, with some variations in the design.
The McLaren F1 was the first production road car to use a complete carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) monocoque chassis structure. Aluminum and magnesium were used for attachment points for the suspension system, inserted directly into the CFRP. The car features a central driving position – the driver's seat is located in the middle, ahead of the fuel tank and ahead of the engine, with a passenger seat slightly behind and on each side. The doors on the vehicle move up and out when opened, and are thus of the type butterfly doors.
The engine produces high temperatures under full application and thus cause a high temperature variation in the engine bay from no operation to normal and full operation. CFRP becomes mechanically stressed over time from high heat transfer effects and thus the engine bay was decided to not be constructed from CFRP.

Standard equipment on the stock McLaren F1 includes full cabin air conditioning, a rarity on most sports cars and a system design which Murray again credited to the Honda NSX, a car he had owned and driven himself for 7 years without, according to the official F1 website, ever needing to change the AC automatic setting. Further comfort features included SeKurit electric defrost/demist windscreen and side glass, electric window lifts, remote central locking, Kenwood 10-disc CD stereo system, cabin access release for opening panels, cabin storage compartment, four-lamp high performance headlight system, rear fog and reversing lights, courtesy lights in all compartments, map reading lights and a gold-plated Facom titanium tool kit and first aid kit (both stored in the car). In addition, tailored, proprietary luggage bags specially designed to fit the vehicle's carpeted storage compartments, including a tailored golf bag, were standard equipment. Airbags are not present in the car. Each customer was given a special edition TAG Heuer6000 Chronometer wristwatch with its serial number scripted below the centre stem.
All features of the F1 were, according to Gordon Murray, obsessed over including the interior. The metal plates fitted to improve aesthetics of the cockpit are claimed to be 20 thousandths of an inch (0.5 mm) thick to save weight. The driver's seat of the McLaren F1 is custom fitted to the specifications desired by the customer for optimal fit and comfort; the seats are hand-made from CFRP and covered in light Connolly leather. By design, the F1 steering column cannot be adjusted; however, prior to production each customer specifies the exact preferred position of the steering wheel and thus the steering column is tailored by default to those owner settings. The same holds true for the pedals, which are not adjustable after the car has left the factory, but are tailored to each specific customer.

During its pre-production stage, McLaren commissioned Kenwood, the team's supplier of radio equipments, to create a lightweight car audio system for the car; Kenwood, between 1992 and 1998 used the F1 to promote its products in print advertisements, calendars and brochure covers. Each car's audio system was especially designed to tailor to an individual's listening taste, however radio was omitted because Murray never listened to the radio.
Every standard F1 also has a modem which allows customer care to remotely fetch information from the ECU of the car in order to help aid in the event of a failure of the vehicle.

~TIPS AMALAN PEMAKANAN SIHAT~

~~~~~~Menjaga kesihatan adalah dituntut oleh Agama. Banyak cara menjaga kesihatan tubuh badan maupun dari segi sains dan diajar oleh Al-Quran antaranya adalah spt:~~~~~~
1. Bersenam @ beriadah.
2. Mengawal makanan.
Tahukah anda mengamal minum secawan air teh "O" setiap pagi boleh mengawal berat badan anda. Isyaallah jika anda mengamalkannya, berat badan anda akan berkurangan. (memang terbukti keberkesanan).
Al-Quran Juga ada mengajar kita menjaga kesihatan spt membuat amalan spt:-
1. Mandi Pagi sebelum subuh @ sekurang kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari naik. Air sejuk yang meresap kedalam badan boleh mengurangkan lemak mengumpul. Kita boleh saksikan orang mengamal mandi pagi kebanyakan badan tak gemuk.
2. Rasulullah mengamalkan minum segelas air sejuk setiap pagi. Mujarabnya Insayallah jauh dari penyakit (susah nak kena sakit).
3. waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur (iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit selepas membaca doa). Ia boleh mengelak dari sakit pening atau migrin. Ini terbukti oleh para saintis yang membuat kajian kenapa dalam sehari perlu kita sujud. Ahli-ahli sains telah menemui beberapa milimeter ruang udara dalam saluran darah di kepala yg tidak dipenuhi darah. dengan bersujud makan darah akan mengalir keruang berkenaan.
4. dalam kitab juga ada melarang kita makan makanan darat bercampur dengan makanan laut. Nabi pernah menegah kita makan ikan bersama susu. di kuatiri akan cepat mendapat penyakit. Ini terbukti oleh saintis yang menjumpai dimana dalam badan ayam mengandungi ion (+) manakala
Dalam ikan mengandungi ion (-). jika dalam suapan ayam bercampur dengan ikan maka terjadi tidakkan balas biokimia yng terhasil yang boleh merosakkan usus kita.
5. Nabi juga mengajar kita makan dengan tangan dan bila habis hendaklah menjilat jari. Begitu juga ahli saintis telah menjumpa bahawa enzime banyak terkandung di celah jari jari, iaitu 10 kali ganda terdapat dalam air liur. (enzime sejenis alat percerna makanan, tanpanya makanan tidak hadam)
~TiPS KECANTIKAN~
~1~ Agar wajah selalu segar, berseri-seri dan cantik, cucilah sekurang-kurangnya 5 kali sehari dengan air wuduk. Jangan dikeringkan, biarkan menitis dan kering sendiri. Lalu ambillah sajadah, solat, berzikir, dan berdoa.
~2~ Untuk menghilangkan stress, perbanyaklah ‘olahraga’. Cukup dengan memperbanyakkan solat. Ketika solat, kita menggerakkan seluruh tub…uh. Lalu berkonsultasilah pada Allah SWT dengan zikir dan doa.
~3~ Untuk pelembab, agar awet muda, gunakanlah senyuman. Tidak hanya di bibir tapi juga di hati. Jangan lupa bisikkan ‘kata kunci’, “Allahuma Kama Hassanta Khalqii Fahassin Khuluqii” (Ya Allah sebagaimana engkau telah memperindah kejadianku, maka perindah pula akhlaqku) – (HR Ahmad) – Doa tengok cermin.
~4~ Untuk punya bibir cantik, bisikkan kalimat-kalimat Allah, tidak berbohong atau menyakiti hati orang lain, tidak menyombongkan diri atau takbur.
~5~ Agar tubuh langsing, mulus, dietlah dengan teratur, puasa seminggu 2 kali, Isnin dan Khamis. Jika mampu, lakukan puasa Nabi Daud a.s. – selang satu hari. Makanlah makanan halal, perbanyak sayuran, buah-buahan, dan air suam.
~6~ Untuk mengembangkan diri, sebarkan salam dan sapaan. Dengan demikian kita akan banyak dikenal dan disayangi.
MARRIED OR NOT U SHOULD READ THIS...
“When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I’ve got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.
Suddenly I didn’t know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn’t seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?
I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn’t talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn’t love her anymore. I just pitied her!
With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company. She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.
The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn’t have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane. When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.
In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn’t want anything from me, but needed a month’s notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month’s time and she didn’t want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.
This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day. She requested that every day for the month’s duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.
I told Jane about my wife’s divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.
My wife and I hadn’t had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don’t tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.
On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn’t looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.
On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me. On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn’t tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.
She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.
Suddenly it hit me… she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.
Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it’s time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.
But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn’t noticed that our life lacked intimacy. I drove to office…. jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind…I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore.
She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won’t divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn’t value the details of our lives, not because we didn’t love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart. Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away. At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I’ll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.
That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed -dead. My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push through with the divorce.— At least, in the eyes of our son—- I’m a loving husband….
The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves.
So find time to be your spouse’s friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!
MENANAM POHON KEBAIKAN
Pada suatu hari, seorang pakcik tua yang bijaksana berjalan melalui hutan bersama seorang anak muda yang terkenal kerana tidak bertanggungjawab dan kepala batu. Setelah melakukan perjalanan sekian lama, pakcik tua itu menghentikan langkahnya, lalu menunjuk sebuah pohon yang masih kecil.
“Cabutlah pohon itu,” kata pakcik tua.
Pemuda itu segera membongkok, dan hanya dengan dua jari saja ia dengan mudah dapat mencabut pohon itu. Setelah berjalan lebih jauh lagi, orang tua itu berhenti di depan sebuah pohon yang agak besar.
“Cuba cabut pohon ini,” kata pakcik tua. Sekali lagi pemuda itu menuruti perintahnya, namun kali ini dia menggunakan kedua tangannya dan dengan sekuat tenaga mencabut akar pohon itu.
Setelah itu, mereka melanjutkan perjalanan kembali dan akhirnya mereka berhenti di depan sebuah pohon yang sangat besar.
“Sekarang, cabut pohon ini!” perintah pakcik tua itu.
“Wah, itu tidak mungkin!” protes pemuda itu.
“Aku tidak mungkin dapat mencabut pohon sebesar ini. Untuk memindahkannya memerlukan sebuah jentolak” kata anak muda itu.
“Kamu benar ” jawab pakcik tua itu seraya tersenyum.
Kesimpulan dari kisah ini adalah “tabiat” kita, sama ada tabiat baik mahupun tabiat buruk, sama seperti pohon-pohon itu: tabiat yang belum berakar dalam, seperti pohon yang masih kecil, dapat dicabut dengan sangat mudah. Tabiat yang akarnya mulai mendalam, seperti pohon yang sudah sederhana besar, untuk mencabutnya diperlukan usaha dan tenaga yang sangat kuat. Tabiat yang sudah berakar kuat, seperti pohon besar yang menjulang tinggi kukuh.
Bahkan orang itu sendiri tak lagi mampu untuk mencabutnya. Maka dari itu, jagalah diri kita agar tabiat yang sedang kita tanamkan adalah tabiat-tabiat yang baik. Cuba ambil waktu untuk selidiki hati kita.
Adakah tabiat buruk yang masih sangat kecil tertanam di hati kita? Atau mungkin ‘pohon buruk’ yang sudah agak besar? Dan yang lebih penting, adakah ‘pohon besar’ yang tertanam begitu lama? Jika ada, segera carilah penyelesaian masalah atas tabiat buruk itu
Tanya orang lain yang boleh dipercayai dan mampu untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah itu. Berdoa dan memohonlah kepada Allah agar dapat di berikan kemudahan dan petunjuk. Cubalah untuk mengubah sedikit demi sedikit perilaku yang buruk menjadi lebih baik. Walau mungkin sesekali kita akan gagal, terus cuba dan ulangi lagi. Dengan sikap ingin berubah yang kental.
Insya Allah.. kita akan lebih mudah untuk membuang ‘akar buruk’ tersebut. Marilah sama-sama kita mencuba untuk menjadi hamba-hamba yang lebih baik lagi. Jika keburukan kita tak nampak dimata manusia, tetapi janganlah sampai kita lupa, ada Yang Maha Melihat atas apa-apa yang telah kita kerjakan, iaitu Allah SWT.
Janganlah nanti kita menyesal, kerana setiap perbuatan pasti akan ada balasannya. Baik dan buruk.  Ada syurga dan neraka yang telah menanti. Dan di mana tempat kita nanti? Itu dapat di pengaruhi oleh ‘pohon’ yang kita tanam didalam hati. Pohon yang ‘baik’ atau pohon yang ‘buruk’.
Semua itu adalah pilihan kita sendiri.
“Masuklah kamu ke pintu-pintu neraka jahanam, sedang kamu kekal di dalamnya. Maka itulah seburuk-buruknya tempat bagi orang yang sombong.” (Qs. Al-Mu’ min : 76)
“Dan orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan amal-amal yang sholeh, sesungguhnya akan kami tempatkan mereka pada tempat-tempat yang tinggi di dalam syurga yang mengalir sungai-sungai di bawahnya, mereka kekal didalamnya. Itulah sebaik-baik balasan bagi orang-orang yang beramal, (iaitu) yang bersabar dan bertawakal kepada rabbinya.” (Qs. Al-Ankabut : 58-59)
